Compare complete model designations
D21MiA and D21MiB searches often combine machines with different suffixes and fitted options. This article compares the two published TIANSEN CNC listings, not every machine in either generation. The official FANUC range contains multiple current variants; a current brochure does not establish the historical specification of a particular used unit. Request the full nameplate and fitted configuration before relying on a family-level comparison.
What the supplied listings actually say
The D21MiA sheet lists a 500 × 400 × 330 mm travel envelope, a 650 × 400 mm table and a 21-tool drum magazine. Its spindle is listed as 10,000 / 24,000 RPM depending on specification, so the selected unit's speed requires confirmation. No verified manufacture year is supplied for that listing. The D21MiB Plus sheet lists manufacture year 2022, 24,000 RPM, 21 tools and the same listed travel and table dimensions. These are supplied listing facts, not a claim that every D21MiA or D21MiB has those specifications.
Separate included equipment from options
The D21MiB Plus listing identifies a DDR fourth-axis rotary table as optional. Do not assume that the machine price includes it or that the D21MiA includes an equivalent table. Compare the fitted control, holders, rotary equipment and any coolant options in a unit-specific quotation. Follow the two product links below for the current published prices and qualifications rather than treating an article as a live price list.
Choose the evidence that matters to your part
Send your material, hole sizes, tapping requirements, fixture dimensions and required operations. Ask for videos of the selected machine's spindle and tool changes and agree a suitable acceptance test. If a rotary axis matters, request evidence of the fitted unit and its control integration. Do not infer a cycle-time advantage, accuracy guarantee or useful remaining life solely from the model suffix or manufacture year.
Make the final comparison on total scope
Record what is included, what is optional and what remains unverified for each offer. Compare machine condition, fitted equipment, inspection findings and the complete purchase scope.
